Donna Woods is President and founding partner of IDEASIGN.
With her extensive communications and marketing background, Donna played a key role in communicating the greatest legislative reform in human resources management in 35 years throughout the federal public service. She provided communications support for two new agency start-ups, and developed and delivered a marketing-communications training package, world-wide.
Donna is valued for her flexibility in working closely with a team or autonomously, has extensive knowledge of risk management and leadership issues, and is adept at helping large organizations manage change.
A dynamic addition to any team, Donna combines the solid know-how of corporate and government procedures with an innovative entrepreneurial perspective.
Donna researched her Masters thesis in History at Cambridge University, England, obtained an Honours B.A. at the University of Western Ontario, and studied Journalism for two years at Andrews University, Michigan.
